No. Membership is strictly limited to Rodney Webb LLC Contract Customers who by default will be actively enrolled in the Rodney Webb University. Obviously, all members will be in the home improvement industry.

No. To facilitate communication and information interchange, working groups will typically number about five member companies each.
Generally, by annual sales volume. Larger companies will be pared with other larger companies; smaller companies with other smaller companies. Sales staff size, geographical location and home improvement specialty area(s) will be given lessor consideration. Direct competitors will not be placed in the same working group. Periodic restructuring may be required from time to time.
It is generally intended that each working group will have a minimum of five companies within its membership and typically never more than seven companies. It is recognized that certain future circumstances may cause slight variations in these objectives.
No. Groups will be restructured and realigned each year based, again generally, on then current annual sales volumes. It will be a sign of success as members move up to a higher tiered group from time to time.
No, in fact quite the opposite. The Peer Networking Groups will focus on all areas of business operations: advertising and marketing; production; recruiting, staffing and human resources; compensation plans; cost controls; facilities; equipment and much, much more.
Annual dues are $12,000 billed in installments of $1,000 per month starting on Your January 2020 invoice.
Yes. Members must submit required financials and other materials as requested in advance of each working group meeting. Attendance at every meeting is mandatory. Excused absences require Rodney’s approval in advance. Other requirements as set forth in the Peer Networking Group By-Laws also apply. Failure to comply with any of these requirements will result in immediate expulsion without refund of any dues paid.
You’ll be notified of required submissions four weeks in advance of the meeting date with those submissions due two weeks prior to the upcoming meeting. Late submissions are subject to a $500 fine.
The Peer Networking Group By-Laws contain a strict non-disclosure provision. Your shared information, of course, will be seen by other members of your working group.
All attendees must be owners or principals of member companies holding a minimum ownership stake of 10% of their company. For planning purposes and facilities preparation, clear multiple attendees with Pat Riley in advance.
The organizational and launch meeting will be held on February 27th at The Rodney Webb Experient 2020 event in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.

One rotating member company of the working group will serve as the host for each meeting.
Twice per year approximately six months apart.
Two full business days. Attendees should plan on arriving the evening before.
Part of the time as a portion of each meeting will be an extensive review and critique of the host member’s operation. One of the first orders of business at each meeting will be a half-day facility and operational tour. After this, activities will adjourn to an area hotel (or similar) meeting room to facilitate free and open discussions.
That will be the general intent, but potential changing group composition and annual group restructuring makes it impossible to guarantee this.
